Photo print orders ship in 3~4 days after payment. Couriers then deliver to:
- West Malaysia (Selangor, KL, Johor, Penang, Perak, Kedah, Pahang, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Kelantan, Terengganu, Perlis, Putrajaya, Labuan): typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak): typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Penang customers near Seberang Jaya can also self-collect for free.

How much does photo printing cost in Malaysia?
2R prints are RM 0.35 per copy. 3R and 4R prints are RM 0.60 per copy. Automatic FotoFix (restoration, deblur, dehaze, colour recovery) is included free. Shipping is RM 8 for West Malaysia, RM 14 for Sabah / Sarawak, or free self-collect at our Penang outlet.
Does FotoXpress ship to all of Malaysia?
Yes. We ship anywhere in Malaysia — Peninsular (West Malaysia), Sabah, and Sarawak — via licensed couriers. West Malaysia shipping is RM 8, East Malaysia is RM 14. Penang customers can also self-collect for free at our Seberang Jaya outlet.
How long does shipping take within Malaysia?
Photo prints leave our facility in 3~4 days after you upload your photos. Courier delivery typically takes 1–3 business days for West Malaysia and 3–5 business days for Sabah and Sarawak after dispatch.
What print sizes are available?
2R (8.9 × 6.35 cm / 3.5" × 2.5"), 3R (12.7 × 8.9 cm / 5" × 3.5"), and 4R (15.2 × 10.2 cm / 6" × 4"). All printed on real photographic paper.
Do I need to install an app to print photos?
No. FotoXpress works directly in any mobile or desktop browser. Open fotoxpress.co, upload photos from your camera roll or files, pick a size, and check out.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment is processed by Billplz, our licensed Malaysian payment partner. You can pay with FPX online banking (all major Malaysian banks), e-wallet, or credit / debit card. Card details are not stored on our servers.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Prints come in packages, starting at 20 copies (then 30, 50, 100, 200, 300 or 500). Pick a size and a package, pay, then upload your photos — the package stays valid for a year.
Can I restore old or faded photos before printing?
Yes. FotoFix automatically restores faded colours, fixes scratches and blur, and improves contrast on old photos — applied after payment to the prints that need it, no extra step.
